Intenerating the hard water is always paid close attention by people, especially when disposing of the hard water in boiler or in circulating ring of cooling tower, which would directly affect the safe working of facility. For example, 1mm increasing of dirty thickness at boiler conduit wall will increase 4% power consuming, and the dirty will increase to 3~5 mm in high temperature environment each year, which will increase more than 25% power consuming.  

  After four years hard working, an energy structure improvement system of liquid molecule cluster had been developed by our company institute, and had applied country patent (Number: 022757600) in 2002 .

  This facility is designed at the base of quantum physics and mesotron physics, according to the principle of frequency resonance and cohesion convolution effect which founded by Austria scientist Joham Grander. The strong magnetic flux congregation technique (stream circle whirl, magnetism cohesion, magnetic flux congregation and so on ) is used, so magnetic field is increased to 10000~14000 GS, the hard water is farthest treated by strong high energy magnetic field, and large liquid molecule cluster is disassembled to small one which has twice penetration ability than common water, penetrates, loosens and melts the accumulated dirty in the cool or heat water supply equipments. Acted by strong magnetic field, calcium, magnesium and carbonic acid radical ions collide each other, surface electric charge is vanished, they is separated out by water as special dusty grain rime, other than glued to container and conduit wall as agglomeration material, so the purpose of clearing away dirty is finished. Because the containing oxygen ability is increased, the oxidized corrupted rust (Fe₂O₃) is deoxidized to Fe₃O_{4 ,} a steady compound overlays on metal surface, then the corruption is stopped, so clearing away and prevention dirty, sterilization and eliminating algae effect is achieved. This high-tech facility doesn’t use electric power and hasn’t pollution, especially applied to water supply equipments which deals with the batter quality and abominable environment hard water.
